Check the parcel carefully before accepting the goods by the courier. If the package is damaged, accept it with reserve.

You can make a claim for damaged or incorrect goods by emailing shop@fluxis.itwithin 10 days after receiving the delivery, as per the date reported in the courier document. Only claims made within this time frame will be accepted.

If the package cannot be delivered due to purchaser errors (wrong address or telephone number, unavailability to accept the package, etc.) you will be refunded, but the shipping costs will be deducted.

If the customer fails to communicate the reason for refusing the goods, FLUXIS reserves the right to withhold the entire sum of the order.

The order cannot be processed until full payment is collected through the banking system.

Our products are handmade, and the production starts only after the order is accepted.

Creating the objects takes 5 working days, after which the shipment will be coordinated.

Deliveries may be delayed during high season and during any sales promotions.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and customers cannot arrange specific delivery times. After two failed delivery attempts, the customer will be contacted.

Delivery in Italy is free for orders over €80, in the rest of Europe for orders over €150.
